Servings: 12 = 1/12 of the recipe
Ingredients:
- 1cup sugar substitute (like ESTEE Fructose)
- 1/2 cup margarine (low fat is best)
- 2 Tbsp skim milk2 egg whites (slightly beaten)
- 3 medium ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (ESTEE Salt-In)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Method:
- Cream the margarine and sugar substitute
- Add the egg whites, milk, and bananas (mashed) to the margarine mix. Mix well.
- Fold into the banana mixes the baking soda, powder and salt. Mix well.
- Pour mixture into a bread loaf pan that has been greased by cooking spray.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 60 minutes but check bread around 45 minutes. Every oven seems to bake differently!
