Ingredients
- 2 cups thin slivers jicama
 - 2 cups cubed honeydew melon
 - 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
 - 3 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves
 - 1 teaspoon lime zest
 - 2 teaspoons honey
 
Directions
- Toss together the jicama, honeydew, lime juice, mint, lime zest, and honey in a bowl; cover. Refrigerate 2 hours.
